Term of services

​

  • Please note that the Commission will be for personal use only.

  • For commercial use please double (x2) the original amount.

  • vtuber commission is counted as commercial use.

  • Payment is done in 100% upfront 

  • The finished artwork will be published on my site and my SNS as my portfolio If you DON'T want me to post it on any website, please inform me beforehand.

  • Please link the reference sheet in google drive, Imgur with clear and easy-to-understand details of your characters.

  • The sketch will deliver in 1 - 2 weeks after receiving the payment and the finished work is expected to be done in 1-2 months or more depending on the complexity after the sketch has been approved.

  • Please check the sketch thoroughly during the sketch process 

  • After the sketch approval, major adjustment is NOT allowed, minor adjustment (ex. color adjustment) is okay.

  • I, the artist, have the absolute right to my artwork; this includes posting the work on my socials and adding it as a part of my portfolio. However, I will be posting a watermarked, low-quality version for safety purposes. I have the right to include my artwork in artbooks, editorial projects, and selling prints, (previously commissioned or not) unless I'm informed beforehand. There will be an added fee if the client does not want me to post the work on my social media.

  • Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS on any of the artwork. (This includes the client!)

  • Even if they bought the full rights to my art, the client is not allowed to claim my art as their own.

  • The client must credit me (@Hanh_R_A) as the artist, or have a link going back to one of my socials anytime my art is showcased.

  • I will be prioritizing commissions by first Rushed, then Commercial art, and lastly Personal use.

  • Payment must be paid 100% beforehand. There is an option for a half and half payment, but it only works if your commission is 400$+

  • The client will have 3 free revisions (changes) during the sketching process, and one on the base color; Other than that, there will be a charge (10$+ per change)

  • BY ANY MEANS, DO NOT RUSH ME! (unless you have paid for a rushed fee). Working time can range from 2 weeks to 4 months, depending on the queue.
